BLOGGING: It's Tuesday, where are you?

The Bookword Game is off to a roaring start with some amazing suggestions for a book that other people love but hasn't impressed you. I have a feeling what the favorite might be - some words just perfectly explain the situation. Suey will have a poll up on her site, hopefully tomorrow, for everyone to vote for their favorite. Then, next week, she'll post the winner and another situation that needs a Bookword. I'm very pleased with how many great suggestions and participants in the very first week.

In reading, I am in Toronto recounting the MacDonald family, clan red Calum, who came from Cape Breton by way of the Scottish highlands, full of gaelic words and Celtic music. No Great Mischief, by Alistair MacLeod.

Where is reading taking you today? Make a post, write a comment, spread the word.

I'm in London in the late 1700s, building chairs and meeting William Blake.

If you end up in Cape Breton, wave. ;)

I don't know where I am. It's the US- west coast I think. I'm with some witches who have a supernatural problem in their little town: Wicked By Any Other Name (Linda Wisdom).

I'm in three places at once, which can be pretty exciting!

First, I'm in Mexico wrangling horses, but I'm still trying to figure why I'm there in the first place. (All the Pretty Horses)

Then, I'm also in England fighting The Dark. (The Dark is Rising.)

Finally, I'm bouncing around between realities with my two buddies because the bad guy has stolen my nanolocater and the good guy can't get a lock on me to get me where I need to go. (The Hunt for Dark Infinity.)

Your location sounds wonderful - I love Gaelic music.

I'm in upstate New York. It's 1958. I'm 5 years old. I've just walked into the school for the first time with my older sister who is 2 years older than me, but much smaller. The teacher just called me a 'little giant'.

I'm in Chicago waiting for my husband to return from whenever he went to this time. Sometimes he doesn't come back in very good shape. I worry. (The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger)

Love, love, love No Great Mischief.

Currently I'm in Rhode Island. It's Jodi Picoult's My Sister's Keeper. I have to admit, I'm halfway through it and I just had to Google what the setting was. Obviously the setting of that book isn't make a large impact.

Hmmm. Looking at the responses, a lot of us seem to be touring the U.S. this week.
